GRB Academy remains committed to providing premier high-level coaching and comprehensive player development for baseball and softball players throughout Wisconsin. Through private instruction, group training programs, and travel teams, GRB Academy is dedicated to giving players opportunities to enhance their skills and perform at the next level. While GRB primarily specializes in baseball and softball player development, their facility hosts many other sports rentals, clubs, high schools, and training opportunities.
GROWTH AND VISION
Founder and CEO Greg Reinhard has worked diligently to transform GRB Academy into the high-caliber sports complex it is today. What began in 2017 as a modest 9,000 sq. ft. rental space has expanded to their current 52,000 sq. ft. main facility in Windsor, Wisconsin, with five additional locations throughout the state.
A tour of their facility reveals impressive amenities, including batting cages, an elite workout space, a pro shop, and a full-sized indoor major league baseball field. By focusing on young players, GRB provides exceptional experiences for player development and baseball training unmatched in Wisconsin.
Sports offer valuable lessons and opportunities to youth. As GRB Academy continues to expand, their mission remains consistent: provide optimal learning and growth experiences for young athletes. Many participants advance to collegiate play, with some even signing professional contracts with major league organizations.
COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT
GRB Academy maintains strong connections with the local community through partnerships with numerous clubs, high schools, and groups in the Madison area. Their facilities remain open to the public year-round for individual workouts, team training sessions, and access to batting cages, offering quality space for nearby teams focused on athletic improvement.
Beyond their own club team, the GRB Rays, they sponsor several local little league teams. Their commitment to sharing exceptional coaching and training represents an essential aspect of their operation. By extending these player development experiences to numerous teams, GRB takes crucial steps toward fulfilling their mission of growing baseball throughout Wisconsin.
Registration is now open for GRB Academy's youth fall league! This program presents an excellent opportunity for players ages 9-14 to experience the same fields they'll play on during the 2026 summer season. The league includes five Sundays plus two weekly practices from August through October. This schedule not only prepares young athletes for the Summer 2026 season but also serves as valuable preparation for the GRB Rays tryouts beginning in July.
